Our history
Steel Repair Services was established in 2006. For the very short time period Company has hired the best metal construction and refurbishing professionals.
Based on experience of our employees and their education gained in the best centers of Europe and USA, we have entered into Azerbaijan market and ready for cooperation.
Our original product range was confined to composite hardfacing materials, having either cutting or wear resistant properties.
Whilst we started out small, in terms of both numbers of staff and volume of business, we built a reputation for high quality and excellent customer service from the very beginning.
The increase in oil exploration and production in the Caspian Sea led to a higher demand for our products and a drive to grow the business. This led to the move to our new facility in Salyan highway (Next Murphy base) at the present address.
Following the move to new facility, development work commenced on the production of:
- Hardbanding materials
- Metal fabrication from design to prototype metal fabrication
- NDT /OCTG Inspection on Different BHA Tools
- Lifting inspection
- Sandblasting, Water-blasting
- Bolts/Nuts stricture Tightening (Manual, Automatic)
- Derrick Building installation
- Pipeline construction
- Rope access services.
This proved to be a successful addition to the company's activities.
Our team consists of highly qualified specialist as well as electrical and technical staff in the oilfield industries.
The Main goal of our Company is to provide a customer with quality products which do meet the requirements of the industrial standards and the norms.
In additional of the above Services, We are open to accept the following orders:
Any metal construction repair jobs that include: sand blast and painting;
The production and installation of the metal constructions
Repairing of : Stabilizers and other borehole enlargement tools & equipment.

We accept orders not for Containers/I-frames fabrication only, but also provide the necessary facilities for any already existing containers. We carry out full repair works/maintenance, manufacturing worktables/workstation and any electrical jobs according to customer's order..

Gentlemen! As you know our company along with onshore products manufactures some offshore products as well,such as frames for offshore units.
We would like to attract your attention to Frames for shipping goods offshore.This frame is intended for 10 foot container, but various range of capacity available as well. The construction is calculated as per the EN 12079 and DNV 2.7-1 standards and certified by EMM.
This construction is very convenient and is not expensive. Any specific unit can be placed in there and successfully transported offshore.
