B-Industrial Sandblasting

Our in-house sandblasting facilities consist of an Open Yard and Coverall Building to Sandblast in. This facility gives us the advantage during poor weather conditions.\
We "blast" anything from personal, items i.e.: Car rims, undercarriages, frames,to the larger equipment such as tractor frames, farm equipment, loaders, trailers, tankers, ducting work, silencers, large mining and structural steel work.   Whatever the customer's industrial cleaning needs are Wet or Dry blasting.

1-DRY BLASTING

Sandblasting: is a generic term for the process of smoothing, shaping and cleaning a hard surface by forcing solid particles across that surface at high speeds; the effect is similar to that of using sandpaper, but provides a more even finish with no problems at corners or crannies. We have a large game of unit which can respond to the customers request

2-WET BLASTING

Water blasting: is the use of water propelled at high speeds to clean surfaces and materials. By focusing and pressurizing the water stream, the force generated can remove, for example:

  • Paint from walls, metal, and highways
  • Rubber from runways (airfield rubber removal)
  • Sealants and membranes from concrete

In order to standardize cleaning operations and surface preparation specifications the Steel Structures Painting Council (SSPC) has adopted the following four definitions for cleaning operations using water jetting technology:

  • Low-pressure water cleaning (LP WC) is the use of water pressure less than 5,000 psi (34 MPa) for cleaning.
  • High-pressure water cleaning (HP WC) is the use of water pressure between 5,000 to 10,000 psi (34 to 70 MPa) for cleaning.
  • High-pressure water jetting (HP WJ) is the use of water pressure between 10,000 to 25,000 psi (70 to 170 MPa) for cleaning.
  • Ultrahigh-pressure water jetting is the use of pressures above 25,000 (170 MPa) for cleaning.

The NLB 40330D Ultra-Clean Water Jet Systems combine the power of UHP waterblasting with the dependability of a slow-running plunger pump design
With pressures up to 40,000 psi (2,800 bar) and a flow rate of 13.3 gpm (50 lpm), the Ultra-Clean has the flexibility to perform a wide variety of water jetting applications, and allows for dual operator capability. Several of most common applications include surface preparation, coating removal, and cutting. Since the unit’s power comes from a slow-running quintuplex plunger pump, wear and maintenance are minimized


We accept orders not for Containers/I-frames fabrication only, but also provide the necessary facilities for any already existing containers. We carry out full repair works/maintenance, manufacturing worktables/workstation and any electrical jobs according to customer's order..

We would like to attract your attention to Frames for shipping goods offshore.This frame is intended for 10 foot container, but various range of capacity available as well. The construction is calculated as per the EN 12079 and DNV 2.7-1 standards and certified by EMM.
This construction is very convenient and is not expensive. Any specific unit can be placed in there and successfully transported offshore.
