Steel Repair  Services specializes exclusively Welding and in hardbanding and draws a few years hardbanding experience to provide the best hardbanding available. Our specially trained, skilled operators adjust the application of our hardbands on a joint-by-joint basis to apply the best possible hardband.

Our history
Steel Repair  Services Company was established in Baku by in 2006, to Product  hardfacing materials and Offshore Transit containers and baskets to oil and gas operations in the Caspian Sea.
Our original product range was confined to composite  hardfacing materials, having either cutting or wear resistant properties.
Whilst we started out small, in terms of both numbers of staff and volume of business, we built a reputation for high quality and excellent customer service from the very beginning.
The increase in oil exploration and production in the Caspian Sea led to a higher demand for our products and a drive to grow the business. This led to the move to our new facility  in saylan highway(Next Murphy base) at the present address.
Following the move to new facility , development work commenced on the production of Hardbanding materials on Different BHA Tools, Sandblasting, Waterblasting and Bolts/Nuts stricture Tightening(Manual,Automatic) . This proved to be a successful addition to the company's activities.
Our range of products is wide from basic hardfacing consumables through to complete tool assemblies for directional drilling. We use many innovative manufacturing processes in an environment of continuous improvement.
The Company regularly exhibits at oilfield exhibitions at home and abroad as well as visiting its overseas markets.

B-Industrial Sandblasting
Our in-house sandblasting facilities consist of an Open Yard and Coverall Building to Sandblast in. This facility gives us the advantage during poor weather conditions.\
We "blast" anything from personal, items i.e.: Car rims, undercarriages, frames,to the larger equipment such as tractor frames, farm equipment, loaders, trailers, tankers, ducting work, silencers, large mining and structural steel work.   Whatever the customer's industrial cleaning needs are Wet or Dry blasting.

1-DRY BLASTING

Sandblasting: is a generic term for the process of smoothing, shaping and cleaning a hard surface by forcing solid particles across that surface at high speeds; the effect is similar to that of using sandpaper, but provides a more even finish with no problems at corners or crannies. We have a large game of unit which can respond to the customers request

2-WET BLASTING

Water blasting: is the use of water propelled at high speeds to clean surfaces and materials. By focusing and pressurizing the water stream, the force generated can remove, for example:

• Paint from walls, metal, and highways
• Rubber from runways (airfield rubber removal)
• Sealants and membranes from concrete

In order to standardize cleaning operations and surface preparation specifications the Steel Structures Painting Council (SSPC) has adopted the following four definitions for cleaning operations using water jetting technology:

• Low-pressure water cleaning (LP WC) is the use of water pressure less than 5,000 psi (34 MPa) for cleaning.
• High-pressure water cleaning (HP WC) is the use of water pressure between 5,000 to 10,000 psi (34 to 70 MPa) for cleaning.
• High-pressure water jetting (HP WJ) is the use of water pressure between 10,000 to 25,000 psi (70 to 170 MPa) for cleaning.
• Ultrahigh-pressure water jetting is the use of pressures above 25,000 (170 MPa) for cleaning.
